The Effingham Water Authority offers two buildings and two pavilions for event rentals. Each building has a great room, a kitchen and male/female bathrooms. The Community Building is located near the dam. It is our larger building and is also air conditioned. It has a large patio and also has horse shoe pits and a fire pit. The Pearson Building is located by the beach. It is not air conditioned and does have a fire pit and a patio. The two open air pavilions are located by the beach.
